Ok So I Have Been Found Out

I saw where my friend found out about this blog.  I was just playing around to see how it felt to really put yourself out there.  Scary, I don't know how you girls (bloggers) do this on a regular basis.  Explain to me please your fears about this blogging thing and how to get over them?
